Run every morning EARLY
Sometimes only run 1 Mile
But get out and make it a routine
A Habit, Habitual, something you must have
Because you must have it
The Alterntives are
-having a big bowl of something and going back to sleep
Instead, fix the oatmeat
and go out and run
A much better start to the day
Easier to keep the positive momentum flowing
into the day
through the morning
maybe into an active PM
And walking
to the grocery
weight walking
breaking in the boots
